How does development coaching work?
A Sunflower Specialist with experience in a wide array of development types — institutional funding, individual development, membership and dues systems, corporate sponsorships, giving circles, and more — will work with you to find the fundraising techniques that are right for your organization or business.
By beginning from an exploration of core personal and organizational values, you can strategize how to sustainably support your work.
What commitment is required?
The program includes one one-hour introductory call and two one-hour coaching calls with a Sunflower Specialist, access to Sunflower curriculum, and your Specialist’s personalized tips.
Clients can expect to spend 3-10 hours on the curriculum over a 1-3 month span.

Hi! My name is Katie LeDoux, and I am the Founder and Executive Director of Sunflower Grant Writers. My friends would describe me as dedicated, creative, diligent, and festive. At Sunflower, my team and I provide highly personalized grant research and grant writing services to all types of organizations – small and large, nonprofit and for-profit. We also assist with business development plans, grant review/feedback, and more.
